Bastian was trained in the best French starred restaurants (Joêl Robuchon **, Anne Sophie Pic ***).
Bastian is a Chef. He has been in this profession for 15 years and has worked in the best French starred restaurants. Passionate about his job, he will make you discover it through the catering services we offer.
Sabine is from Saint Martin. She loves her native island and can give you a lot of advice so that you can have a wonderful stay. Sabine is also a health professional; she will know how to welcome you in complete safety.
Sabine and Bastian are absolutely adorable. Available and very attentive, they do everything to make your stay a warm and truly friendly moment. The rooms are calm, large and bright, the view over the bay is breathtaking, Bastian's breakfasts are amazing, and Sabine's good humor recharges you for the day. Finally their fabulous table d'hôtes: a very nice gastronomic moment shared by a professional and creative chef, just for himself, who personalizes your culinary experience according to your preferences, all in an idyllic setting. We can't wait to book our next stay with this warm and endearing little family.
We had a truly wonderful stay at the Villa Hibiscus. The view was incredible and Sabine & Sebastián are amazing hosts with tons of great knowledge about the island. Being so close to the top of the island was great to avoid mosquitos and had wonderful wildlife sounds at night. The breakfasts offered every morning were delicious. Sebastian made the best hot chocolate that I have ever tasted! We will definitely be visiting the Villa Hibiscus again, it is the best place to stay on the island.
Villa Hibiscus villa is a little piece of paradise on an already heavenly island. We stayed there for 4 days with our two children aged 4 and 8 who took advantage of the swimming pool and the hikes to do around. The chef also regaled us with a meal worthy of a starred restaurant. Our guests have beeen wonderful, we felt at home.
